What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/semi-formal attire. Ladies should wear floor length dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (Waterpark). And the reception will be at the indoors (Events Hall).

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall or the cocktail hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. There will be musicians & Photobooth that can take your souvenir pictures.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Modern Victorian. Kindly wear light/pastel colors. Dark colors for women is highly discouraged..

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There are plenty of free parking space at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list and we want our wedding to be intimate with family and close friends. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.”

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, However, we would like to request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. But, We will plug back at the reception/ cocktail and we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BSDForever, #BenAndSaharaForever, MrAndMrsDowellWedding2020so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for the family and entourage a day before the wedding.
