We are having our ceremony at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista, AR. A reception will follow at the Record Downtown in Bentonville, AR. The venues are 9 miles apart - about a 16 minute drive.
There will be ample parking for guests during the ceremony at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel. For the reception at the Record Downtown in Bentonville, parking around the downtown square will be limited. Please consider carpooling and/or leaving your vehicles at your accommodation and taking a ride share, such as Uber or Lyft, to the reception venue.
The recommended attire is summer semi-formal or cocktail. We anticipate a warm summer's day and both the ceremony and reception will primarily be indoors. When selecting your attire, please prioritize your comfort in the heat.
All invited guests, including plus ones, will be listed on your invitation.
We recommend staying in or near downtown Bentonville if you are traveling from out of town. This will be close to the reception venue. Check out the travel tab for local hotel recommendations.
