Grand Lake is a beautiful, idyllic town that serves as the western gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is full of restaurants, shops, bars, and excellent ice cream.
Clear Creek Rafting
If you're of the adventurous spirit, Ben's brother Connor is a whitewater rafting guide at Clear Creek Rafting Company. Give Connor and his co-workers a look up to go down the easy (Class I-III), intermediate (Class III-IV) and expert (Class IV - V) rapids. Fun fact: Maggie and Ben are in this thumbnail picture.
Rocky Mountain National Park
Mountains! Elk! Lakes! Wildflowers! Trees! See the sights in Rocky Mountain National Park. In the summer, you can immerse yourself in nature on hikes ranging from easy to very difficult. There is also a scenic road that takes you to the very top of the Rockies. See the sights without leaving the car. There is so much to do in the park, with stunning views all around.
Winding River Resort
Maggie has never ridden a horse, but go for it! Ben says its fun.
