Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes in advance to allow time for parking and to be seated. The ceremony will begin right at 5:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We will have a 15-passenger shuttle running to and from the Hotel Roanoke from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Guests can also easily reach the venue via car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft). Parking is available on-site. If you choose to utilize the shuttle service, please allow plenty of time to arrive to the venue due to the limited capacity of the shuttle as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Sunnybrook.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

To keep things intimate, we’re unable to extend additional plus-ones. If you have a plus-one, it will be included on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones! If your invitation includes your children, they’re absolutely welcome to join us.
