If we are unable to go through with our larger wedding with extended family and friends, we will have a small ceremony on our planned wedding day for us. Our reception will get moved back to after things are back to normal, which could be awhile or less than a year from our intended reception date. Fingers crossed, that we will be able to go through with everything as planned.
Yes! Kids are more than welcome, we even have several that will be involved in our wedding ceremony.
We need to submit all of our final numbers to our reception venue a month in advance. To give us time to make sure everyone's information is correct before submitting it, we ask that you let us know by August 5th, 2020. We understand that things come up or different issues arise where you thought you could come and then you couldn't or vise versa. We just ask that you keep us apprised of any changes.
Absolutely! Our reception venue has lots of options for different dietary requirements. Just let us know when you RSVP.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. At the end of the day though, Ben and Lee are just happy that you are there, no matter what you wear.
There are a few hotels near the reception, once Covid-19 restrictions loosen up, we will be blocking off rooms for guests. The information for which hotels we pick specifically will be listed on the website once it is available.
Being in a rural area, there will not be provided transportation to from hotels to the ceremony. But if you need help getting to and from anywhere, please let us know. There is a lot of family in the area who can help with getting around and showing off the beautiful area we will be in.
