Welcome Party

Answer

For anyone arriving prior to July 12th, we will be holding a welcome party on July 11th. This will be a causal event held at The Barrel in Estes Park starting at 3pm.

Transportation to the Wedding

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, and there is ample parking on-site. We will also be providing a shuttle to and from the venue. Pick-ups and drop-offs will be around downtown Estes Park - stay tuned for specific locations and times. Be warned: there are no Uber or Lyfts in Estes Park! Arrival Time

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We ask everyone to arrive by 3:30pm at the latest.

Weather and Altitude

Answer

In early July, the average highs are around 80 degrees and the average lows can drop to the 50s. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). The weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and we suggest bringing layers. The altitude of Estes Park is just over 7,500 ft - this means sunscreen and hydration are crucial!

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults only wedding celebration. We would love to see your children at the welcome party!

After the reception ends, the Bride and Groom will be headed to downtown Estes Park to keep the party going! Both Wheel Bar and Lonigans stay open late in the summer months
