It all started with Butch Jones. Some of you non- Vol loving fans may not know who this is. He was the former football coach for UT. I know you are probably thinking "what's he got to do with it?" Well here we go. Ben and I had freshman biology together at 8am. One day he sat behind me and we had to do a group activity together. I was just going to keep reading my book and forget the group thing, but he asked if I wanted to work with him. I said yes and we made up an analogy with Butch Jones included. Ben is a pretty funny guy and seemed like he would be fun to get to know, but we didn't really talk too much after that UNTIL.... We found out we were in the same math class too. One day he asked to borrow my calculator, suspecting nothing I handed it over. He proceeded to give it back and then asked me to push some buttons. If you know me, you know I am slightly mathematically challenged, so somehow I managed to mess this up. After some fumbling around, I end up with his phone number in the calculator! Sly, I know. From then on we spent time together,mostly indoors, because he is very fond of his home spaces. I've loved his funny personality and killer smile ever since. :)

Disneyworld is kind of our place. As adults, it's really fun to people watch and experience nostalgia with your best friend who is also the love of your life. Every year since we first started dating we have gone to Disneyworld. Every trip offers a new experience each time! This time: February 14, 2019, will forever be an experience never forgotten. We were there for Valentines, birthday, and our four year anniversary. We arrived at our hotel close to midnight and Ben went rummaging through his duffle bag for what I thought were his pajamas. My back was turned and he produces a ring box with a BEAUTIFUL ring inside. I could not have imagined a better designed ring. After some sleep we celebrated at Magic Kingdom by taking pictures and riding rides. We were welcomed back to our room with champagne and flowers:) Now Disney forever holds a place in both our hearts and Ben will never be able to shake me making him go back!
