The wedding celebration will be hosted at Tojeira, a working farm and villa located in Mondroes, a small village 5 minutes from Vila Real in the Douro Valley. Tojeira is approximately 1 hour’s drive from Porto’s International airport (OPO). Tojeira: Rua EM564 67, 5000-325 - Mondrões We recommend flying into Porto, where Ubers and private cars can be booked from the airport. If you plan to rent a car, please keep in mind that you will need to specify if you need an automatic as manual cars are the norm. Please reach out if you need any assistance setting up transportation to and from the airport. The most common ride sharing apps in Portugal are Uber and Bolt. If you know that your arrival/departure will synch up with other guests, we are happy to help you set up private transport. We have been told that a van for 8 passengers is around €200, and a car for 4 passengers is around €145, one way.
