What does payment look like?

Answer

No deposit is required. All the reservations booked will be charged in full 30 days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

For cancellations of direct bookings received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.

What does transfer from the airport to the resort look like?

Answer

Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation! The drive time is about 35 minutes.
