Ben and Jeanne’s favourite local coffee shop. While Saint-Sauveur has no shortage of coffee this place stands out for its sandwiches and soup as well as flat whites direct from their New Zealand native barista. Note: They are closed on Sundays.
It isn’t uncommon to see Jeanne here at least twice a week in the summer. Come here for inventive and delicious pastries that use creative and fun flavour combinations. Pair it with an iced coffee or one of their homemade lemonades; take it to go and walk down the street to the park (Chemin du Pont Park) to enjoy your sweet treats on a park bench or by walking along the Petit Train du Nord (the trail along the park).
Our last coffee shop and bakery recommendation but surely not the least. Sometimes simple is best and here they do amazing and classic French viennoiserie’s. Ben and Jeanne’s order? Can you guess who gets what? 1 X cheese croissant 1 X pain au chocolat 2 X hazelnut latte’s
Come here for a classic Quebec «casse-croute» including poutine and much more! Note: They are closed on Sunday's. Go to La Belle Province instead on Sunday!
If you’re strolling the village and want a mid-day bite, come here for the perfect smash burger and a generous lemonade (spiked or not).
Looking for a nice restaurant in the area? This is Jeanne and Ben’s favourite! It’s Asian-style tapas and plates. Think to reserve in advance. Looking for more date spots? Text us! We have many amazing recommendations.
Mont-Tremblant is one of the biggest ski stations in Quebec and only 15 minutes from the wedding venue. We highly recommend a stroll through the village for a quintessential Laurentides experience! Please make sure to use the address listed here which brings you to the ski station village. There is another village (much less interesting) also with the name Mont-Tremblant... it has misled a few of us...
Looking for an activity while in Mont-Tremblant? Go up the gondola to admire the view and experience some of the best of the Laurentides!
If you are wanting to hike here is the spot! There are many different hikes but here are our go to's or top-recommended ones: les sentiers de la Roche, de la Corniche et du Toit-des-Laurentides. There is also a lake to go for a dip after the hike so bring a swimsuit!
