We're Getting Married!!!

It was during a mission trip that Ben asked me to be his girlfriend. At the time, a guy in our youth group was pursing me endlessly, so Ben suggested we fake date to get him to back off. Little did Ben know, I had a crush on him for about a year, and later that week we made it official!

After a day at Orlando's Universal Studios, we made it back to the hotel with tired feet and bodies. Ben kept asking me to walk around the resort we were staying at to see the fireworks, but I was exhausted and kept saying no. With some convincing, he was able to get me out of the room. We sat on a swinging bench across a lake, watching the Epcot fireworks from a distance when I noticed some baby ducks walking near us. I got up to look at them and turned around to tell Ben to join me when I saw he was down on one knee. I, of course, said yes and we were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
