Ben and Emma grew up in the same neighborhood, less than a five minute drive from each other, but it wasn't until 8th grade French class that they took an interest in each other. While they went their separate ways in college, a 4-hour drive from Charlottesville to Charlotte could not keep them apart. Upon graduation, Emma started PT school and Ben began working, but they were able to sneak in the trip of a lifetime to Thailand in April-May of 2024. During a romantic private dinner on the sand in Phuket (pictured above), Ben proposed. Thankfully, Emma said yes, otherwise the rest of the trip would have been awkward. We're beyond excited for what the rest of our story holds, and cannot wait to celebrate our love with friends and family!
