We met the best way possible, through our best friends! Somehow missing each other for close to 10 years, we finally crossed paths at the very fine establishment, The Alehouse in Asbury Park. The following day, Christie followed up and through a trail of friends, gave Ben her number. After 2 (long) weeks (which he is still living down), Ben reached out and the rest is history.

Asbury is where music along the coast was born. Almost every venue has live music each weekend, if not every day. This is why we love Asbury. You can feel the musicality in the streets, the buildings, the boards. On our wedding weekend, beginning Saturday afternoon, the Sea.Hear.Now Festival will be filling the Asbury air with music. We recommend checking out the festival website, which can be found in our "things to do" section - you may just want to keep the party going and extend your stay! Even Bruce himself gave a surprise performance at last year's festival! Additionally, because of the festival, lodging may be tight, so please book your stay ASAP.
