They will be sending an e-mail with the confirmation of the change in date.*** Check in is at 3pm with check out at 11am unless alternate arrangements have been made on an individual basis. **If you are reserving a room online in a wedding block and find the hotel appears to be sold out, it may be that rooms are not available for the entire range of dates you have selected or that there are no more rooms reserved in that wedding's block.
