Story
Like many millennials, Ben and Caroline's story begins on the internet (Hinge, to be exact). After exchanging charming texts for a few days, they decided to meet for a dinner date. Ben booked a reservation at Meadowsweet, a Michelin star restaurant in Williamsburg.
Upon arrival, they were greeted with complimentary flutes of champagne to celebrate their "anniversary". While Caroline sat perplexed (this was a first date after all!!), Ben was completely at ease and accepted the champagne with grace.
After the waiter left the table, Ben explained to Caroline that in order to book one of the coveted tables, he had to tell the restaurant that they were celebrating their first anniversary.
Caroline wasn't sure whether she should be impressed or concerned, but she chose to jump right in. The two have been inseparable ever since.
