Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 16, 2025 to help us plan accordingly. You can RSVP via the RSVP tab on the menu above. If we haven't heard from you by then, we will assume you are unable to join us.

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends all dressed up with us and comfortable enough to dance the night away, semi-formal attire requested. The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and the party continues inside.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we’re planning an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

If you're invited with a plus one, you’ll see that option when you RSVP on our website. To keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your RSVP. Please feel free to reach out to Ben or Carly with any questions!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
For your convenience, we’ve reserved room blocks at three nearby hotels: Hotel Carmichael, Courtyard Indianapolis Fishers, and Hyatt Place Indianapolis Fishers. All are within a 10-minute drive of the venue, making them great options for your stay. You can find booking information on the Travel tab on the menu above. Of course, if you are feeling adventurous, there are plenty of other hotels in the area nearby to choose from.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There are no shuttle services to and from the hotels. Parking is available at the venue, and cars can be left overnight as long as they’re picked up by noon the next day.
