Are Plus Ones allowed?

Nope! Due to COVID and our venue, we are keeping our guest list to only those who are invited. Thank you for your understanding!

Where is the reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place on the property of the Sylvan Ridge Farm. Unless impacted by the weather, the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Both options work perfectly for us!

Are pets allowed?

Answer

No - please leave all furry friends at home! We have several family members with pet allergies attending the event.

Will smoking/vaping be allowed?

Answer

Yes, but in very specific locations as to avoid impacting our contract with our venue. These locations will be clearly marked.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Answer

There will be vegetarian options provided!

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available for our guests at the Sylvan Ridge Farm.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the event started as scheduled!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels! We welcome you to tag each photo or post with our wedding hashtag #readytorubio so we can keep track of all of your beautiful pictures!
