Best options include Singapore Airlines connecting through Singapore, China Airlines connecting through Taipei, EVA Air connecting through Taipei, and Cathay Pacific connecting through Hong Kong.

Best options include Emirates connecting through Dubai, Cathay Pacific connecting through Hong Kong, and Qatar Airways connecting through Doha. You will find many other options as well depending on exactly when you want to travel. Please ask if you have any questions about the quality of the airlines you find. The fastest option is to fly Singapore Airlines connecting through Singapore (this is the flight from EWR, not JFK). However, it is 100% business class and so is quite expensive.
