What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will have an assortment of food available! During the cocktail hour, following the ceremony, we will have passed hors d'oeuvres (Asian meatballs and scallops in bacon), hot crab dip, and a fruit, vegetable, and cheese display. For dinner, we will be serving a plated salad, beef flank steak carne asada, chimichurri chicken, rice pilaf, and a grilled vegetable medley. After dinner, we will have cake served along with a dessert bar.
