The ceremony is planned to be outside. The cocktail hour and reception will both be located inside. A coat may be needed for the ceremony
Unfortunately, due to space restrictions at our venue, we can only accommodate invited adult guests with the exception of the brief participation of our flower girl and ring bearers. We will miss the opportunity to spend time with your kiddos, but hope that you will enjoy a night off with us and that we can share the memories with them later!
We would love to see everyone dressed up! We encourage fall cocktail attire.
We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony. We ask that guests put their phones away during the ceremony so they can enjoy this memorable moment in time with us without seeing it through their phone screens.
The official start time for the wedding is 5:00 pm. We encourage guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts so they can get settled before the proceedings begin. We don't want anyone rushing! Please refer to the Travel section for details regarding shuttle transport to the venue from the hotel.
There is a parking lot at the venue. There is a golf cart for transfer from the lot to the venue for those who are unable to walk far distances. There is a gravel walkway to be aware of. For those guests requiring handicapped parking, please make the Bride or Groom aware, and we will accommodate.
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a full buffet dinner and dessert!
