FAQs

If you have any other questions than the ones that are listed here please reach out to our Travel Agent or Wedding Planner: Travel Agent, Estelle Jenkins - You Are A Star Travel Agency Email: youareastartravelagency@gmail.com
Question

Can we still come to the wedding if we stay at a different resort?

Answer

Yes! You can still come to the wedding if you choose to stay at a different resort. Please keep in mind that a day pass ($100/day) will be required to participate in the wedding activities if you do not stay at the Majestic Mirage.

Question

Are there any other resorts that you would recommend?

Answer

Fortunately, the Majestic Resort brand also has two adjacent resorts, the Majestic Elegance and the Majestic Colonial, which happen to be in walking distance from/to the Majestic Mirage.

Question

Do we need to participate in all of the events?

Answer

No, you do not. Although please keep in mind that some of the events listed on the website are priced per person. So, we will assume you are participating unless you RSVP "no" to any of the individual events. Note: The "After Party" at Club Coco is not priced per person as it is apart of the normal resort amenities. There is no pressure to attend! But if you decide to come we will see you on the dance floor!

Question

Is there a specific color palette for the wedding activities?

Answer

Great questions, YES! We kindly ask you to follow the below attire color palette recommendations, based on the color palette provided in your wedding invite: Welcome Cocktail Hour: Hues of brown Rehearsal Dinner: Hues of blue Wedding Day Activities: Any color in the color palette

Question

Can we bring our babies/children?

Answer

While we welcome the precious little ones of the family, the wedding activities (including the wedding itself) have not been planned to include children over the age of 2. So, if you would like to bring a precious little one please consider whether you will be comfortable using the onsite child care services (babysitting is available for children ages 4 - 12 ).

Question

When should we plan to arrive in Punta Cana?

Answer

Our recommendations is to arrive either on Thursday, 26 March 2026 or Friday, 27 March 2026 if you intend to participate in all of the activities. If not, then the flexibility is yours!

Question

Do we need to get you a gift?

Answer

No, your presence at the ceremony is the best gift you could give us! But, if you are feeling more generous please refer to our "Registry" page to contribute to our honeymoon fund!

Question

Can I bring a plus one even though I have not been allocated a "guest" in my invite or on my RSVP?

Answer

We understand that this is an amazing opportunity to enjoy some R & R, especially at a discounted price if you bring a friend. While we support you bringing a friend, please also understand that if they were not invited/indicated as your guest for the wedding, then we have not included them in our attendance nor cost numbers. So, it is not guaranteed that they will be able to participate in our wedding activities. If, this is the case, please reach out to the bride or groom to be to discuss feasibility.
