What time should evening guests arrive?

Please arrive at Bush Hall at 8pm.

Do we have a special rate at any of the nearby hotels?

Answer

Ben and I are saying at the K West Hotel. If you would like to stay at the hotel they offer a special rate for two nights £318 in a deluxe double with breakfast included. Unfortunately they couldn't offer a special rate for one night. If you want to stay for one night soon only, the rate for a junior double is £179 per night, room only. There are other nearby hotels including The Hilton, Kensington and Ibis hotel.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is smart casual and the day is mainly held indoors so wear what ever you feel fabulous in.

Can I eat and drink in the cinema?

Answer

There's no eating and drinking in the cinema during the ceremony. Don't worry though there's plenty to eat and drink at the reception!
