Centro Cultural Bellas Artes
San Miguel's art institute - Alexa's cousin and aunt study and create here. This former monastery was converted into a fine-arts school in 1938. Don't miss the murals of Pedro Martínez, plus the Siqueiros Room, which features the extraordinary unfinished mural by David Alfaro Siqueiros in the far corner of the complex. The rest of the gallery holds temporary exhibitions from local artists.
Casa de Dragones Tequila Tasting Room
"Casa Dragones Tequila, the independently produced, small-batch liquor created by Bob Pittman and Bertha González Nieves in San Miguel de Allende, is the smoothest sipping tequila I have ever encountered." $50/person for a 40min tasting

Cool rooftop taco joint that also serves pizza, with vegetarian and vegan options. (What more could you ask for?)
El Tupinamba
European style food hall with several cuisine options, flamenco on the weekends, AND a dope rooftop bar that plays house music late into the night. Alexa frequents this spot with her cousins and may or may not have almost missed a flight due to staying here way too late.
