Is transportation available to the venues?

Answer

Yes! Please find a full transportation schedule below: THURSDAY, JULY 21 6:00PM - Pick Up at 69 Ocean Road 6:45PM - Pick Up at Gurney's Newport 7:00PM-8:30PM - Regular pick ups from Gurney's Newport & Newport Marriott 9:15PM-10:00PM - Drop offs at Gurney's Newport & Newport Marriott 10:00PM - Final pick up from Forty 1 North with drop off to 69 Ocean Road FRIDAY, JULY 22 4:00PM - Pick up at Town Place & Suites North Kingstown 4:30PM - Pickups at Sonesta Suites and Newport Beach Hotel & Suites 4:35PM - Pick up at Holiday Inn South Kingstown 4:45PM - Pickups at Newport Marriott & 28 Concord Drive 4:50PM - Pick up at 69 Ocean Road 5:00PM - Pickup at 47 Farewell Street 5:15PM - Pickup at Brenton Hotel 5:25PM - Pickup at Gurney's Newport Return transportation to all locations departs Belle Mer at Midnight.

Question

Is Parking Available at Forty 1 North on Thursday evening?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot available right at the venue on Thursday evening, however transportation will also be offered from select hotels in the area as well.

Is parking available at Belle Mer?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at our wedding venue. However, we highly encourage guests to consider rideshare or taxi services so they may enjoy the wedding fully. Rideshare available in Newport, RI: Lyft and Uber Taxi Service in Newport, RI: Orange Cab of Newport, (401) 841-0030

Question

Will there be shuttle service to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttle service from the Newport Marriott, the Newport Harbor Hotel, the Newport Beach Hotel and the Sonesta in Middletown. A transportation schedule will be kept updated here on the website for your reference.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we requested dietary information from all guests in our invitations. If you have already RSVPd, but did not communicate your allergy or dietary restriction, please alert us immediately so our venue can accommodate you.

Question

Are any COVID protocols being followed?

Answer

While there are no state or federal mandates in place relating to COVID, we strongly encourage our guests to sanitize regularly throughout all events. You are welcome to mask and manage your social interactions based upon your personal comfort level. If you are feeling ill, we encourage you to test and please stay home until you are feeling better!
