What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Doors open at 4:30 pm.

What's the dress code?

Answer

The simplest answer is a little dressed up ("dressy casual") for the welcome party and more dressed up for the ceremony and celebration ("cocktail attire"). Most important, wear clothes that are special and that make you feel good and be ready to salsa on Sunday night!

Will there be transportation back to the hotels on Sunday night?

Answer

Yes! We will provide transportation back to Williamsburg when it's "closing time."

What's the best way to get around if I want to explore the city?

Answer

We highly encourage taking the subway, the bus, and even the ferry if you're planning to explore the city while you're here. If you're staying in Williamsburg, you can take the B62 bus to the ceremony. Taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts are also abundant.

If I'm flying, what airport should I fly into?

Answer

If flying, we recommend flying into LaGuardia (second choice: JFK) and taking a taxi to your hotel.
