If you want to check out the black sand beach we suggest you make it down here before 9am or it gets overrun with visitors.

Waianapanapa State Park

Always nice anytime of day and has a fresh water shower to rinse off in.

Another beautiful beach just steps from your parked cars and also has a bbq area if you want to bring some charcoal and beers!

Koki Beach Park

Great for swimming and hiking.  Bring bug spray, water, and a picnic lunch.

Red sand beach is a local nudity optional beach but the walk to here is very treacherous so please go with a local on a dry day and be VERY careful!
