What time should i arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony

What is the dresscode?

Semi-formal Pastel, neutral or muted tones are greatly appreciated

Is the ceremony and the reception at the same place?

Answer

The church and the venue are in different locations, aproximately 15 minutes apart by car. We recommend using uber or bolt for a quick and easy transfer between the two

Will there be parking available?

Answer

There is no parking at the church, and spaces at the venue are strictly limited and reserved for immediate family

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limited capacity at the venue we can only accomodate people named on the invitation

Can we bring kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not have enough space to provide a suitable area for children to play and enjoy themselves, and will therefore be an adult-only celebration. However, infants or babies who cannot be separated from their parents are of course welcome, but please let us know in advance so we can arrange a high chair for you

Have you reserved rooms at specific hotels?

Answer

We haven't reserved any specific hotels, as Warsaw offers a huge variety of convenient hotels and airbnb's. We recommend staying in central Warsaw.

Which airport would be the best to use?

Answer

We recommend that you travel to Chopin Airport (WAW), as it's in the city and only takes 20 minutes into city centre by bus/uber. If Chopin is not a choice there is another aiport, Modlin, which is outside the city. Please do not fly to Warszawa Radom, as this is in a different city far away

What if i want to hold a speech?

Answer

We would be honoured to have you share a few words if you wish to. Since there will be guests from various countries, we will be providing a translated programme for all speeches. once your speech is ready, please email it to Martyna (English/Polish) or Simen (Norwegian/English) before end of April
