Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only event.
We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than September 11, 2025.
Due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated.
We ask guests to please arrive promptly between 1:30-1:45pm so our ceremony can begin on time at 2:00pm.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. We would love to see women wearing midi to floor length dresses and men wearing a suit or dress pants, button down and sport jacket.
Yes- we will be having a shuttle service taking our guests from both hotels to the venue at 4:30pm and taking our guests back to their hotels at the end of the night at 10:00pm. Our venue also allows our guests to leave their cars parked overnight for any guests driving directly to the venue.
Yes- the after party will be held at the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel bar. The bar will remain open until 1:00am. Both of our reserved hotels for our room blocks are just right across the street from each other! Even if you are not staying at the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel, you are still free to keep the party going at the after party!
The Ceremony will be at 2:00pm at Visitation Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Trooper, PA.
The cocktail hour and reception will be held at Kings Mills in Media, PA. Cocktail hour begins at 5:00pm followed by the reception from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.
