We’d love for our family and friends to get dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is black tie optional. We suggest floor-length, tea-length, midi formal dresses, suits, or sports coats with dress pants. Please skip the jeans for this occasion, and feel free to have fun with color! The ceremony will be outdoors on a grassy area, so if you’re planning to wear heels, keep that in mind for comfort. Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you recieved a plus one it will either be addressed on your invitation or when you go to RSVP. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
We adore your little ones and truly wish we could invite them all! Due to limited space, we’ve only been able to include a small number of children in our guest list. If your child is invited, their name will be included on your RSVP. We hope you understand, and we’re so grateful for your love and support!
Yes! Since many of our guests are traveling to celebrate with us, we want to make the most of our time together. We’ve planned a welcome party following our rehearsal dinner on August 15th, the evening before the wedding. For full details, please visit the Events page on our website.
Yes! We’ve arranged transportation for guests staying at the hotels listed on the Accommodations page of our website. Shuttles will begin picking up guests from the hotel blocks starting at 4:00 PM and will run in waves. We recommend being at the front of your hotel around 4:00 PM to catch the first or next available shuttle. If you don’t get on the first one, no worries—there will be plenty of space to get everyone to the venue safely and on time. Return shuttles will also be available to take guests back to the hotels after the reception.
Yes! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will take place mainly on the back terrace, with access to indoor space as well. The reception, including dinner and dancing, will be indoors in the venue’s ballroom.
Yes, all the drinks are on us! If you are not taking the transportation back to the hotels, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Complimentary transportation will be provided for guests staying at our hotel blocks and will drop off guests promplty before the ceremony begins. If you plan to drive, we recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking, seating, and to enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere.
We kindly ask that you do not have phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer & videographer will be capturing the ceremony and we don't want any phones in our photos.
We would appreciate if all photos and videos were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything!
