What date should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code?
Answer
Whatever you feel fabulous in! Tropical semi-formal attire blends elegance with warm-weather comfort, featuring lightweight, breathable fabrics like linen and silk in bright colors or tropical prints, with options including maxi dresses and midi dresses.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking in the lot next to the Club at the Strand.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the Botanical Gardens & Veranda, weather permitting. The reception will be inside in the ballroom, with access to both covered and uncovered outdoor areas throughout the night.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will start at 4:00PM, so we recommend arriving no later than 3:45PM to ensure you have enough time to enter & find a seat!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
At this time the main room block will be at the Perry Hotel (limited availability). We also have room blocks at the Hampton Inn Naples & the TownPlace Suites Naples. We also encourage you to look into AirBnbs in Naples Park if you have a larger group! See "Travel" page for more info.

When is the deadline for hotel room block reservations?
Answer
Guests must book by no later than 11/9/26 (~1 month in advance) as these rooms will be released back to the general inventory.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?
Answer
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding?
Answer
We will be providing guest transportation from the preferred hotel (The Perry Hotel) to the venue (The Club at the Strand). The venue is also easily accessible via ride-share service.

Are children invited?

We love your littles, but our wedding will be an adult only celebration. Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Although we would love everyone included in our celebration, to ensure we can accommodate all of our beloved guests, only the guests listed on your invitation are included unless a plus one is specifically mentioned on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at: 102 E Jefferson St, Media, PA 19063. A wedding card box will be at our reception. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
