Question

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but our venue has limited capacity. We’re only able to include the guests listed by name on each invitation and RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and we hope you can join us for a night of celebration and fun!

What is the recommended attire?

Answer

Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues or cocktail attire. No jeans or shorts is requested.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outside depending on weather. Majority of the events of the day will be held outside (weather dependent) except for dinner. There is plenty of shade throughout the entire day. Please plan attire accordingly.

Where should I park?

Answer

We have an entire parking lot on-site. Cars can stay until the next day at 9 AM. We will also be providing a shuttle to and from the venue, on Friday, for any guests wanting to leave their car at the hotel. A shuttle for car pick up on Saturday will not be provided.

Do I have to stay at the Baymont hotel?

Answer

No! Please feel free to stay wherever you would like. However, transportation will not be provided to other lodging options. We highly recommend you stay at the Baymont due to its convenience!
