What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal: Suits, tuxes, gowns, dresses; wear what makes you feel comfortable. Maybe leave the stilettos at home as the grass may be soft and the walking will definitely be on uneven surfaces. Keep scrolling down..

Are kids invited

Answer

We know you love your kids, and I'm sure we probably do also... but we want our wedding to be your night off! We hope you can find a sitter and join us in our celebration.

Drinks?

Answer

We welcome you to enjoy a complimentary drink during cocktail hour (a few pre set options) as well as wine with dinner. There will be a fully stocked bar at your disposal with all drinks priced at $1. We will have some change on hand but no ATMs or "tap" available so please bring small bills or loonies.

Is there transportation to and from the venue

Answer

We have secured a shuttle service to and from the Towne Suites Hotel. Within Belleville you will be able to get taxis etc to other locations. A bus will leave the Townesuites at 3:30. Depending on numbers a second run can be added. Parking will also be available at the farm but please DO NOT drink and drive .

What about the weather

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot control this. We of course are hoping for the best but doing our best to plan for the worst. This is an outdoor event (in a barn and under a tent) in the fall... so plan for a chilly evening. Feel free to bring extra clothes to change into as the evening progresses.

Will I have time to check in to my room before the bus comes?

Answer

Normal hotel check in times are 4pm. We are doing our best to try and get early check in. This being said, when you book rooms, please let the hotel know you would like early check in so you don't miss the shuttle. Making a weekend of it and coming up Friday would also guarantee you are checked in with plenty of time!
