For men suit and tie is not required. A button up shirt and pants will suffice. For women the same is true and summer dresses or skirt and blouse will be fine.
Great News!!! As of March 26, there is no longer a need to present your vaccine card or sign up for anything on domestic (within the US) flights to Hawaii! Still, you should bring your card just in case if you have it. There is currently no requirement for establishments to check vaccination, but we recommend bringing it just in case the policies change.
Please refer to the invitation card and the number of seats that have been reserved in your honor. If you look at the RSVP tab on the website and enter your name, it will list who is in your party (if we have invited a guest who we did not know the name of, it will provide a blank space for you to fill in). If you would like to bring a date you can contact us and we may allow on a case by case basis. We would love for everyone to be together, but unfortunately we may be unable to accommodate everyone.
We will try to select the menu items to accommodate as many guests as possible so that there are a few items for everyone. Please contact us directly or email booherwed@gmail.com with your information.
There is plenty of parking at the venue. Parking is free!
Please feel free to call us. Another way to reach us is to email booherwed@gmail.com if you have any concerns or questions or need anything during your stay.
Ko'olau Ballrooms and Conference Center follows the same policy as the state of Hawaii. As of 3/26/2022 there are no mask mandates and no requirements for presenting vaccination cards.
Guests should arrive at 3:30 or 3:45 at the latest to find the ceremony area and seating. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00. Tell your friends and family!
