FAQs

Question

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to all events by 15 August 2026.

Question

Taxis?

Answer

Taxis are generally busy during peak season and therefore may be limited and difficult to get as the island is busy during this period. Please make sure you leave plenty of time when planing on getting somewhere.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Taxi, we recommend pre booking these to ensure you arrive to the venue on time. When you RSVP we ask where you will be staying this is to gage if there are large amounts of the wedding party staying in the same hotel or area. If this is the case we will reach out to those to get a mini bus organised as trying to order multiple taxis to one location may cause a delay.

Question

What time do I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Guests to arrive for 3pm. Doors to the venue will close at 3:20pm to allow for the ceremony to start at 3:30pm. Please do not arrive to the venue late as you may not be let in until the ceremony has finished.

Question

How do I get home from the wedding venue?

Answer

We will arrange mini buses for all the guests to get back to their accommodation. Please ensure you let us know where you are staying so we can pass these details onto the transport company.

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

Feel free to get in touch with the Bride and Groom.

Question

Will you be live streaming your wedding?

Answer

We will be live streaming our ceremony for those guests who live overseas and who are unable to celebrate with us in person.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to venue restrictions, we cannot accommodate all your children. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional children can be accommodated on the wedding day.

Question

Pre Wedding Drinks?

Answer

Pre-wedding drinks will be held at a bar or restaurant on the island. As venues cannot be booked until the year of the wedding, further details are not yet available. Please keep an eye on the Schedule section of the website, where we’ll share updates as plans are confirmed. If you could please RSVP so we can get an idea of numbers.

Question

Post Wedding Boat Day?

Answer

We’ve enquired about booking a boat (or boats!) for the day after the wedding. As with other plans, these can’t be booked until the year of the wedding, so details are still to be confirmed. There are options for 4–6 hour trips, with a variety of packages available—some including drinks and/or food. While we’d absolutely love to cover this ourselves, we haven’t quite won the lottery yet, so this will be a per-head cost. Please RSVP if you’re interested in joining us, as having a rough idea of numbers will help us determine the size of boat needed and provide an estimated cost. Be sure to keep an eye on the Schedule section of the website, where we’ll share updates as plans are confirmed.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Ibiza is very hot in the summer and we recommend that you wear light, cool and breathable clothing.
