We met on an online dating app called Clover. Around the time we met, online dating was pretty common! It was one of those apps where you like the persons photo and then you have to wait for them to message you, if they’re interested. I liked his photo and he sent me a message. Crazy thing is, we had no idea we lived in different states. I thought he was in Miami and he thought I was in PA! We got to messaging and once we found out we don’t live in the same state we thought “I guess we’ll just be friends then” and now we’re here with a wedding date haha. We spoke for a month before we actually saw eachother in person. 2 weeks after speaking I purchased my plane tickets and flew up to meet him a month later in Washington, DC. We made a whole trip out of it! 3 years of long distance, and obstacles but we made it through the toughest times and we became stronger than ever!
