Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get a head count for food and such.
Please feel free to wear floor length, cocktail dresses, sun dresses, a nice blouse and skirt or pants for the ladies. But not all at the same time. :) The guys can wear suits, shirt and tie, buttoned down shirt and slacks.
We are registered on zola which links to several other sites. If you see the same item at a different store, feel free to purchase it and use those coupons! Just be sure to mark purchased on the website. We are also registered at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond.
Zola is wonderful and allows us to input all the names of everyone who is invited. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Kids are welcome! Please be aware that there will also be an open bar. So if you are uncomfortable with your kids seeing you get down with your bad self on the dance floor then you might want to leave them at home.
There is not transportation to and from the ceremony. However, if you are staying at the Hilton Rialto there will be transportation from the hotel to the reception. Please feel free to drive to the ceremony and then back to the hotel. They will then transport you to the reception. let them know that you will need the shuttle. It is on demand. they will give you a card so you can call when you're ready to be picked back up. There will be cocktail hour after the wedding ceremony and we will be taking pictures during cocktail hour so you won't be missing much! If you prefer to drive, there is parking at the ceremony and reception.
For the ceremony, there is plenty of parking available at the church. For the reception, there is a large paved parking lot right next to the venue and some on-street parking nearby but there is also a large festival in Downtown Melbourne that day so we recommend carpooling if possible or using the shuttle from the Hilton Rialto.
The sooner the better. It is Spring Break in our county and it will also be the weekend of St. Patrick's Day.
