Question

The hotel blocks are booked. Where should we stay?

Answer

One option is to book a room at The Robey or Hyatt outside of the hotel block. If you'd prefer to see what else is out there, but aren't sure where to start, here are a couple of non-downtown hotel/B&B options that are pretty close to the weekend's events: - The Hotel at Midtown - Ray's Bucktown Bed & Breakfast - Hotel Lincoln - Hotel Versey - Longman & Eagle - The Leavitt Street Inn Note, there are no wedding blocks at these locations, they're just other places that we know of & like. There are also plenty of Airbnb's available. If you go that route, feel free to reach out for advice on location!

Question

Will there be transportation provided to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus running back and forth from the 2 main hotels (The Robey & Hyatt Wicker Park) to the venue. There will also be a bonus pick up (note, it will just be one pick up trip) at Hotel Versey to deliver those folks to the ceremony. There will be a similarly organized shuttle bus provided for the rehearsal dinner, running to and from the Robey and Hyatt. TBD on shuttle times.

Question

I am not family or part of the wedding party, but I received an invite to the rehearsal dinner. What's up with that?

Answer

We wanted our rehearsal dinner to be low key and informal, so we picked a super delicious casual spot that can accommodate a larger crowd. All family, wedding party, and out of town guests are invited to the rehearsal dinner! Get ready for some fried chicken and boozy slushies!

Question

Is the return address on your save the dates your current home address?

Answer

NO!!! We moved very soon after sending out our save the dates, so our address has changed! Our Current address is: 1114 N. California Ave. Chicago, IL 60622

Question

Do we need to have our Covid vaccinations to attend your wedding weekend?

Answer

YES!! We ask that anyone planning to come to our wedding be up to date on their Covid vaccinations! We know that attending our wedding is a risk that you all are taking, so in order to make that risk slightly less risky, we do ask that everyone is vaccinated.

For all the days along the way
