They will be holding up a sign with your name on it. If you have ever been out of the country to a 3rd world country you may know this already but for those who don’t. The local people at the airport like to offers to help you with you luggage and it seem so kind, although they work for tips and please say no thanks or except the help and tip accordingly. Please don’t let your stuff out of your sight unless it is with a lifestyles transportation service agent. Upon leaving the hotel will ask you or you can go ask them to make sure you have transporting set up at the proper time. They have always been good about this during our stays. Transportation is included with the gold bracelets. They do accept tips for helping with loading and unloading luggage but it’s not mandatory.

Of course you can. I would suggest a wedge, or a thick heel sole or a stylish sandal . The ceremony is on grass but it’s close to sand and paved walkways. The reception is also close to sand but is on a hard paved surface. It’s like a cobble stone walkway.

No, tips aren’t mandatory. We have always left a dollar or 2 on the table after our meals just because we know they don’t get paid much and they work hard serving.
When you are ready to reserve your room from the room choices you contact Sarah Schulze. Send/ give her the money for just the room cost. She then reserves the room through member services, they book it. It usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks before confirmation is sent from member services. Once the room confirmation is sent she will send you the confirmation email. The all inclusive fees are paid when checking into the hotel upon arrival. So just to be clear to book the room it’s just the room cost and the all inclusive fees are paid on the day you arrive. Room costs are non refundable.
Yes they do offer a in room nanny. Their prices are -$15 an hour for 2 kids -Additional kids are $5 each -$10 add on if goes past midnight -book through Cofresi hotel They do have a kids zone for during the day which is free. It’s located down by the kids only pool at Cofresi. Can check the times at the kid zone. You can put your kid/kids in there and they watch them while you enjoy a pool day around the hotel.
