They have quoted Hair - $80.00 Make-up - $60.00 -if you would like eyelashes they aren’t included in the makeup pricing but can be added for an extra cost. Pedicure - $40.00 Mini manicure $30.00-$50.00 Spa manicure $70.00 They also offer many other spa services if your interested. Prices are subject to change

No, with the VIP gold bracelets there is free WiFi on the beaches. You can purchase internet which can be used anywhere on the property. One time use purchase choices 15 min -$4.00 30 min -$7.00 60 min- $12.00 25hrs- $25.00 Usable for 6 days after first connection $7days-$60.00 All WiFi tickets are used for a single device

No, they use the same kind of outlets as us.

Is there a shop to buys stuff like medicine and sunscreen?

Answer

Yes, there is a gift shop on the property by the restaurant Casablanca (buffet) in the Tropical hotel.

Are there safes in the rooms?

Yes there is. They are $3.00 per day and that’s paid the day you check in.

Do the hotels provide kids pool/beach toys?

Answer

No, they have a shop you can purchase them if needed. You can also bring them if you would like if you have room in your luggage.

How will the transportation to and from the airport work?

Answer

Please email your flight itineraries to Brooke Kerr (brooke.kerr@panerabread.com) She will coordinate with the hotel and they will have a van awaiting your arrival. They will be holding up a sign with your name on it. If you have ever been out of the country to a 3rd world country you may know this already but for those who don’t. The local people at the airport like to offers to help you with you luggage and it seem so kind, although they work for tips and please say no thanks or except the help and tip accordingly. Please don’t let your stuff out of your sight unless it is with a lifestyles transportation service agent. Upon leaving the hotel will ask you or you can go ask them to make sure you have transporting set up at the proper time. They have always been good about this during our stays. Transportation is included with the gold bracelets. They do accept tips for helping with loading and unloading luggage but it’s not mandatory.

Do you need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic?

Answer

Yes you do. It is in the Caribbean and is out of the country. Please make sure your passport is up to date and is not going to expire close to the travel date. They may not accept it if it’s going to expire soon.

Can I wear heels to the wedding?

Answer

Of course you can. I would suggest a wedge, or a thick heel sole or a stylish sandal . The ceremony is on grass but it’s close to sand and paved walkways. The reception is also close to sand but is on a hard paved surface. It’s like a cobble stone walkway.

Is there a medical service available on the property?

Answer

Yes, there is a doctors office on the property. I do not know how it works though. Thankfully I have never had to use them.

Is there appliances in the hotel rooms?

There are mini fridges and mini coffee pots in the rooms.

Are tips mandatory?

Answer

No, tips aren’t mandatory. We have always left a dollar or 2 on the table after our meals just because we know they don’t get paid much and they work hard serving.

How do I reserve my room?

Answer

When you are ready to reserve your room from the room choices you contact Sarah Schulze. Send/ give her the money for just the room cost. She then reserves the room through member services, they book it. It usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks before confirmation is sent from member services. Once the room confirmation is sent she will send you the confirmation email. The all inclusive fees are paid when checking into the hotel upon arrival. So just to be clear to book the room it’s just the room cost and the all inclusive fees are paid on the day you arrive. Room costs are non refundable.

Does the hotel offer babysitting?

Yes they do offer a in room nanny. Their prices are -$15 an hour for 2 kids -Additional kids are $5 each -$10 add on if goes past midnight -book through Cofresi hotel They do have a kids zone for during the day which is free. It’s located down by the kids only pool at Cofresi. Can check the times at the kid zone. You can put your kid/kids in there and they watch them while you enjoy a pool day around the hotel.

Can you reserve your room yourself?

Yes you can. If you find awesome rates that include airfare on a 3rd party site, go for it. Just know that it won’t include the gold bracelet and all that the gold bracelet includes. VIP GOLD BRACELETS INCLUDE: -access to the whole property not just 1 hotel -transportation is included to and from the airport -access to ALL hotel pools -access to ALL VIP beaches -access to bravissimo show/after party (Thursday night) -access to ALL bars and swim up bars -any restaurant excluding (Azul) -free internet at all VIP beaches

Are kids welcome?

Yes, We will have our 3 boys with us. All depends on what kind of vacation you want to have. Your choice.
