Event is Cocktail Attire. The gardens can be soft so a block heel or sandal is recommend.
Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM. A shuttle will be available to transport guests from the front terrace of Snyder Hall to the Ornamental Grass Gardens and back. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM in the gardens. Limited parking will be available near the ceremony site for guests with accessibility needs. After the ceremony, join us for appetizers and drinks in the Snyder Hall lobby and terrace starting at 5:00 PM.

The shuttle will drop guests at the front of the terrace for a short ceremony in the Ornamental Grass Garden. Afterward, join us for walking appetizers on the Morgan Terrace outside the lobby. Drinks - Wine and beer will be hosted by the couple from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - A cash bar will be available in the lobby from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Dinner will be served in the hall at 6:30 PM with speeches to follow. We can’t wait to share this special day with you.

First Dance will be held at 8pm with parents dances to follow. We have the space through midnight—so bring your dancing shoes and help us celebrate the happy couple!
