Courtyard Pigeon Forge
We have a room block reserved for our guests at Courtyard Pigeon Forge. For rate details and booking, please use the link below or call (865) 366-3201 and let them know that you are booking for the "Bauman-Emery Wedding". We will have shuttles that run to and from Courtyard on Wedding Day! Note: If you prefer to stay at a different hotel, Le Conte Hotel & Convention Center, The Wayback Hotel, Holiday Inn & Suites, Country Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Black Fox Lodge, The Ramsey Hotel, and Fairfield Inn & Suites are other potential options that the shuttles can run to and from. But of course, our room block is only valid at Courtyard Pigeon Forge.

Located close to the venue (some walking distance) are four rental companies! Eagle Point Way, Parkside Resort, Thunder Mountain, and Sherwood Forest have modern and rustic rental options, ranging from 1-5 bedrooms. All of these rental options can be found at the link below. Note: AirBnB & Vrbo also have a variety of amazing vacation rentals in the mountains! If you choose to stay at a vacation rental, on Wedding Day, you will need to park at the Smoky Mountain Zipline Parking lot (address: 509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN) to be shuttled to the venue. Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking at the venue for guests. More information on transportation will be posted to the website when our shuttle schedule is finalized, 4 weeks before the big day!
