Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather-permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the event. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving and Lyft/Uber is a great option for those who don’t.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.

How early can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Doors will open around 2:30pm and ceremony will start at 3:00pm.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a limited hotel block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Please click the Travel tab for more information. There are also great Airbnb/Vrbo options near Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, and Silverdale. Downtown Seattle is a great option as well; however, you will need to prepare to use the Washington ferry system.

How do I find the Washington ferry schedule?

Do I have to take the ferry to get to the venue?

Answer

No, there is a way to drive around the Puget Sound without taking the ferry. However, this may add up to 1-2 hours in travel time depending on traffic.

How/When do I RSVP?

Answer

Click on the RSVP tab at the top of the website. The deadline to RSVP is June 30th, 2025.

What’s the weather like at the end of September?

Answer

Fall in the PNW can be unpredictable every year. We have had dry, hot days as well as colder, rainy days. The venue can accommodate if it does rain. Our suggestion is to always pack a rain jacket and have layers available.
