Wedding Party

Sage

Matron of Honor

Sage and I met way back in our teen years at a house party at my house... that she was not invited to! I did ask her to leave as she was too underage to be there but she stayed and our friendship had flourished from then. Sage and I have had many adventures throughout life together, through boyfriends and breakups and even loosing touch for a few years through college. We had always come to circle back into each other's lives. Sage has always been a rock for me and has let me crash her house more than a few times. I am proud to have Sage stand at my side on this important day. Also Sage was at the first date of Ben and I and well i'm sure that will be explained in her speech!

Corey

Best Man

I met Corey in 4th grade when he moved to Iola from the Stevens Point area. Corey and I found out that we both played baseball against each other in a Plover Youth Baseball League. We have shared the love of Baseball and many other sports throughout our friendship, which has led to attending many great games together. We didn't become close buds until Corey started playing in our weekend paintball wars later in high school. We kept in touch throughout college mainly centered around annual visits for Halloween on State Street and Winter Carnival in Houghton. Corey and I have shared many great adventures over the years and I am honored to have him stand by my side on this special day.

Jena

Bridesmaid

Jena and I may have met as children and didn't even know it. We both played recreational softball for small farm towns. Jena and I did meet then again many years later through mutual friends. Jena and I have had some fun times at CUSA, county fairs and lots of picnics! Jena has been a amazing friend though the years, and has always helped me through the hard times in life. She is the type of friend that will tell you what you don't want to hear, but that is why we love her! Jena is also an amazing mom of two boys and Ben is always wanting to steal them!

Nick

Groomsman

Nick has had the pleasure of growing up under the wing of his better looking older brother. As with most brothers it was pretty rare when we weren't fighting, but a few years out of college Nick finally grew up and we have had a close bond ever since. Sharing similar hobbies and interests such as hunting and brewing beer has increased the frequency of time that we spend together. Instead of fighting about who hit the most home runs in backyard baseball now we fight over who gets to buy the old man a steak for deer camp. I look forward to collaborating on the next beer recipe or planning the next hunting trip, but most of all I look forward to having my brother by my side.

Roan Thompson

Ring Bearer

The Groom and Bride's Best Buddy. Roandog, Roany Pants, Croatoan, or Shitpaws call him what you want Roan is a dedicated friend that will do anything to be near Ben & Nikki, especially if its an outdoor activity. Unfortunately for Nikki, Roan has the same attitude about sitting still as Ben does. Give this guy a good scratch if you see him running around the reception, but please don't feed him, he is spoiled enough.
