If you have any other questions other than what we have listed here, please contact Natalie or Ben prior to our wedding weekend.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. If you cannot make it, we will miss you! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible where we can plan accordingly. If you have a dietary restriction, please text us.

Question

When should we arrive at the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30-4:50pm to grab a seat and a pre-ceremony drink! Our ceremony will begin at 5pm.

Question

Dress Code - What should you wear?

Answer

Dress code is “garden cocktail” - colorful outfits are encouraged! We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather. If you're unsure, take advice from Natalie's great aunt Mary Jane - it's always better to be slightly overdress than underdressed! Men: A suit and tie of any color is appropriate attire for men attending a wedding with a cocktail wedding dress code. Please no jeans. Women: Dress of various lengths, including knee-length, midi or maxi, is appropriate attire. Feel free to embrace a colorful floral pattern, but please refrain from wearing white. Make sure to wear your dancing shoes!

Question

What is the address of the wedding venues? Is it wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue address is linked to in our "Schedule" page. If you on your mobile phone internet browser - click on the address and directions will load in your Maps app. The Mill at Rock Creek is wheelchair accessible for all parts of our wedding. There is a paved parking lot at the front where guests can use the paved sidewalk to access the grass yard (ceremony spot), large patio space (cocktail hour) and the inside The Mill (reception).

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue in a paved lot.

Question

Can I park overnight?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following morning by 10am.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting (*everyone cross their fingers!*) our ceremony and cocktail hour will occur outside. Guests can walk from the parking lot to the grassy area from paved pathways, but will need to step on grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. Our cocktail hour will be on the large patio outside, and we will go indoors for our reception with dinner, drinks and dancing!

Question

Will there be an open bar at your wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way of getting home safely! If you are unable to drive, cars can be left in the venue's parking lot overnight but must be picked up before 10 a.m. the following day.
