Why does it say "Reception Only" on the Save-the-Date?

Answer

Ben and I are having a private ceremony in Marquette a few weeks prior with immediate family and friends, but we still wanted to be able to celebrate with our extended family and those who can't make the trip to the UP, so this event is a reception without a ceremony.

How do I RSVP?

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by Saturday, September 27th so final headcounts can be given to our venue.

Can I change my RSVP?

Answer

If you need to change your RSVP, please contact either Megan, Ben, or Nikki ASAP.

Where are you registered for gifts?

Answer

If you go to the "Registry" page on the website, we have a link to our Target and Walmart registries, as well as some cash fund options.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking our guests to wear dressy-casual or semi-formal. While we aren't strict on dress code, we just ask that casual clothing (t-shirts, jean shorts, etc.) are not worn. For those wanting to match our wedding colors, we have an array of oranges, light pinks, and a hint of sage green.

Can I invite a plus-one?

If you have someone you'd like to invite that was not listed on the invitation sent to you, please reach out to either Ben or Megan. We would love for you to bring a plus one and will try to be flexible, but depending on how far out from the RSVP date we are, we may have to decline.

When should I arrive?

Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 5pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 5:45pm.

Do you have a block of rooms reserved at local hotels?

Answer

We do not have any room reservations booked at any hotels in the area, however we listed some recommendations on the "Travel" page for our out-of-town guests!

Is Odie coming to the reception?

Answer

I'm bawling, I can't believe you're reminding me. Unfortunately, Odie hates the car and will cry and yell every two seconds (we timed it), so he will not be joining us on the 8-hour trip from Marquette to Peoria. We are devastated.
