Should I bring USD or Pesos?

Answer

Go to your local bank ahead of time to exchange money. The island does accept USD but the exchange rate is not favorable. Only a few places accept credit cards to expect to use pesos most places.

Do we need dinner reservations?

Answer

No, we found most places do not need reservations. If you plan on doing dinner with a larger group I would go visit the restaurant that day and see if they can accomodate.
