Ben and Megan met in spring of 2018 while they were both working at Target. While Megan had no idea who Ben was, Ben was working up the courage to talk to her. One day at work, Ben did something super embarrassing that was broadcasted across the employee walkie-talkies, so naturally Megan had to track down this Ben guy and see what happened for herself. Over the next few weeks they would spend time together -going to half priced apps after work with other employees or walking around Oconomowoc Lake, and they really started to develop a close friendship. In August of 2018, he officially asked her to be his girlfriend. Fast forward to February of 2024 and he FINALLY asked her to marry him.
