Yes! They will be around for the ceremony and the cocktail hour.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
The doors will open 15 minutes before the ceremony, at 5:15 p.m., so try to arrive as close to that time as possible to find a seat, get settled, and mingle with your seat neighbors.

Are children allowed?
Answer
We made the very tough decision to allow only the wedding party and family members to bring their children; it will be included on the invitations. Our celebration will have a child-friendly portion with an "adults-only" portion towards the end. We will provide child care on-site so the parents can still have a good time!
