What Is The Wedding Schedule?

2:30 pm - Arrive at Karikari Estate. 3:00 pm - Ceremony begins. 3:30 pm - Ceremony concludes. 3:30 pm - Enjoy our bar service, canapes, and lawn games. 5:30 pm - Guests seated for dinner. 6:00 pm - Speeches, dinner, dessert and a few formalities. 8: 00 pm - Now lets party!! 10:00 pm - Shuttles available for those wishing to depart (optional) 11:45 pm - The last shuttle departs. 12:00 am - Evening concludes.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, ideally by early December. Your prompt response is most appreciated. We understand that life can get busy, so if you need to make any last-minute changes closer to the wedding, please just let us know.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is due to kick off at 3:00 pm so we ask you arrive by 2:30pm.

Dietary Requirements?

Answer

Please let Ben or Maddie know what your dietary requirements are personally and we will arrange a suitable meal for you with the venue. If we don't receive your dietary information in advance, we cannot guarantee that your specific meal will be available on the night.

Tell Me More About The Shuttle..

Answer

We have hired a shuttle bus to drop guests staying around Whatuwhiwhi/Tokerau area from 10.00pm onwards. You do not need to catch this shuttle, you are more than welcome to arrange your own transport to and from the event. This is just on offer for anyone who would like to use it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There are car parks at the venue for guests to use.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we are unable to extend this invitation to any additional guests, other than who is listed on your invite. Thank you for your understanding!

Answer

The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day. No gifts are expected or needed, however, if you do wish to give us something, a contribution to our wishing well would be much appreciated.
