The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM at The Factory on Barclay. We ask guests to arrive between 3:00-3:15 PM as the doors to the venue will be shut exactly at 3:30 pm and entrance will not be allowed until after the conclusion of the ceremony. The ceremony will last until 4:00 PM where we will transition to our cocktail hour and then reception to follow from 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Ben and MacKenna will be staying at the Pfister hotel. There will be street parking at the Factory on Barclay and we will have transportation to the hotel after the conclusion of the reception should you choose to stay there! If you choose to stay at the Pfister, leave 'Lapp wedding' in the comments! We'd love to see you there!
We kindly ask our guests to join us in celebrating this special day in formal, black-tie optional attire. Think elegant evening wear—floor-length gowns or sophisticated dresses for women, and suits or tuxedos for men. We ask guests to refrain from wearing white dresses, jeans, or overly casual attire.

We ask that guests do not RSVP 'yes' unless they are absolutely able to be there. There will be an open bar! Wine, beer, signature cocktails, and mixed drinks will be served. Non-alcoholic options will be available as well.
We will be doing plated starters, and a buffet for entrees. There will be open seating so sit wherever your heart desires! Speeches will take place as you get your starters and following the conclusion of the speeches, tables will be dismissed to get your entrees. There will be vegetarian options, but if you require any other accommodations feel free to leave a comment in your RSVP or to text Ben or MacKenna, so we can make sure that you are taken care of!
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so we can fully enjoy the moment and share it with all of you. You are more than welcome to take as many photos as you would like during the reception!
We've decided to keep our guest list limited to close family and friends. We ask that only those listed on your invitation attend.
