Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. Although, we are pretty sure most of you have already responded, please let us know again so that we can be sure on numbers. The official deadline for RSVP is 01/09/2025. We need to provide the venue with total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is for adults only. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We would love to have an open bar, but unfortunately the budget doesn't quite stretch that far! There will be a complimentary cocktail and wine during the wedding dinner. Fortunately, the prices of drinks are much cheaper than prices in the UK.

Is the whole wedding outside?
Answer
Weather permitting, we hope that both the ceremony and reception will take place outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately, wear lots of sun cream and keep hydrated!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask that outfits are semi-formal and appropriate for a wedding – relaxed but still a little special for the occasion. The weather will be warm, so think light, airy fabrics and summery vibes. A little note: please avoid wearing white (we’re saving that for the bride!) and black (to keep the mood bright and colourful).

Where will I be staying?
Answer
All guests will have accommodation provided at the venue. This will either be: a double room, a shared villa, or a glamping tent. We’ll contact each of you directly to confirm where you’ll be staying. We kindly ask for a contribution towards the accommodation costs: £75 per person (double room or villa) £50 per person (glamping tent) This contribution includes: Breakfast each morning of your stay A BBQ meal on Friday Wedding dinner on Saturday We kindly ask that contributions be paid by 2nd February 2026.

Please get in contact with the bride or groom directly about any dietary requirements, so that we can plan meals accordingly.

When can I check in and when can I check out?
Answer
Check in-Friday the 19th June 2026, anytime after 12 pm Check out- Monday the 22nd June 2026, must be checked out by 11am

A note on gifts...
Answer
Your presence at our wedding celebration is present enough. But if you would like to give us something, a contribution of any size towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated.
